Booking/Cancellation

Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a Craft / Wellbeing Workshop
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it is more than 30 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer to transfer the date to an alternative workshop, providing space is available or another course is planned in the future. If no suitable date is listed then we will provide a voucher for a future workshop booking.
If cancellation is within 30 days of the workshop I'm afraid we are unable to offer a refund voucher. We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean you cannot attend so we are happy for you to send along a friend in your place. We just need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.
Please be aware that there are no make-up sessions for missed weeks of courses and we will not provide kits or other items in lieu of a missed workshop booking.
Our right to cancel
Very occasionally we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, or if a workshop is not viable to run. We will aim to give you as much notice as possible. Should cancellation occur from us we will offer you a full refund or offer you an alternative workshop date. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs you may incur.

Please do remember if you have purchased a ticket from us, you have agreed to our refund and reschedule policy. If you have purchased a ticket through a third party like craft courses or eventbrite the policy may be different.

Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions including day tickets.

To confirm your retreat booking, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure your place.

If you reserve a space and receive a retreat offer to book another retreat more than 180 days prior to the retreat start date, and have paid a smaller holding deposit, the remaining balance of the 35% deposit must be paid within 90 days of the booking date in order to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance for the retreat must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to the commencement of the retreat. If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any monies already paid.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a friend or family member who wishes to attend the same retreat as a new participant. All transfer requests are subject to approval by Beehive Wellbeing and will incur a £30 administration transfer fee.

All retreats are subject to availability and may occasionally be subject to workshop change. We reserve the right to cancel or amend retreats where necessary, including where minimum participant numbers have not been met. In this circumstance, you will be offered the option to transfer any monies paid to an alternative retreat date or receive a full refund.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out suitable travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Retreat Cancellations including day tickets.

All deposits paid to Beehive Wellbeing are non-refundable.

As soon as a reservation is confirmed, Beehive Wellbeing begins incurring costs associated with your booking. These costs may include venue hire, staffing, retreat planning, workshop materials and supplies, accommodation arrangements, insurance, administration, and other retreat-related expenses. For this reason, deposits and cancellation charges are necessary to cover commitments made in advance of the retreat.

If you cancel your retreat booking more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable 35% deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date will forfeit the full balance and no refunds will be issued.

We will not supply any products, workshop materials, gifts, or retreat items in lieu of attendance at a missed retreat.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person who wishes to take your place on the same retreat and is not already attending. All transfer requests are subject to approval by Beehive Wellbeing and will incur a £30 administration transfer fee.

In the unlikely event that Beehive Wellbeing must cancel or postpone a retreat, guests will be offered the option to transfer all monies paid to an alternative retreat date or receive a full refund. Beehive Wellbeing cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses. We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
