Designed for crafters of all abilities, our retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to relax, learn new techniques, and fully immerse yourself in creativity. Guided by experienced tutors, you’ll explore a carefully curated selection of inspiring workshops, each designed to help you discover new skills while creating beautiful pieces to take home.

Throughout the retreat you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of luxury craft workshops, including:

Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to be relaxing, inspiring, and enjoyable, allowing you to learn at your own pace while enjoying a truly creative retreat experience.

 

Everyone is Welcome

Every workshop is suitable for beginners, no prior knowledge or experience is necessary. Whether you're drawn to the therapeutic process of painting and gluing or the more delicate art of working with wire, you’ll find plenty of projects to ignite your imagination. We will work with templates and examples in workshops. You do not need to be able to draw or have any creative skills to join our retreats. Even experienced crafters will learn new things as many of our crafts are unique to us.

Meals and Refreshments

Guests can start their day at the Dovedale Restaurant, where a delicious full English breakfast is served each morning, alongside a selection of lighter options. In the evening, the restaurant offers a varied dinner menu with a range of dishes to suit all tastes. Weekend guests can also enjoy a relaxing lunch in the restaurant.

The Lounge Bar is open throughout the week, providing a welcoming space to unwind with a wide choice of beverages and light snacks.

All-inclusive experience

We believe your retreat should be relaxing and completely stress-free, with no hidden costs. Your evening dinner, overnight accommodation, breakfast, and refreshments during the workshops are all fully included.

All tuition and workshop materials are also provided, so you won’t be asked to bring a list of craft supplies or purchase anything extra. Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the creative experience while everything you need is taken care of.

Leave the demands of daily life behind and immerse yourself in the joy of crafting while forming new friendships and learning new techniques. Evenings can be spent enjoying dinner in the restaurant then relaxing in the lounge area with a glass or wine whilst chatting to other guests.
