This is a new group for 2024. It is a chance to get out the house, meet new people, recharge and enjoy activities with a wellbeing focus. Come alone or bring a friend, but rest assured you will be welcomed. Refreshments will be provided and no additional costs.

About the event
My passion for this group is to get people together in a fun and informal way, I want to reduce isolation that so many adults feel and encourage ladies to get out the house, meet new people and build friendships. You could be new to the area, work alone, retired or just need to open up your social circle. No matter what the reason take the time for you, you have nothing to lose. Take a chance and try a session!
The group is open to adults of all ages, so you could be 28 or 98!
This is an opportunity for you to take some time for you and promote your own wellbeing. No need to book a block in advance, just book the sessions you want to attend. £10 per session, good company, inspiration and hopefully a little laughter to leave you with a positive wellbeing boost.
