Magic Mondays Well-being Group £10
This is a new fortnightly wellbeing group. It is a chance to recharge and enjoy activities with a wellbeing focus. Come alone or bring a friend, but rest assured you will be welcomed. Refreshments will be provided and no additional costs.

About the event
This is a new group to encourage adults of all ages to promote their own wellbeing. This is an opportunity for you to take some time for you and to look at your own needs. No need to book a block in advance, just book the sessions you want to attend. £10 per session, good company, inspiration and hopefully a little laughter to leave you with a positive wellbeing boost.
Each session will include
-A wellbeing activity
-A time to chat with others
-A monthly challenge
- A monthly focus
-Refreshments will be provided.
This is a subsidised workshop, allowing it to run at a reduced cost to attendees.
